Plenty of fans suspect that Heather could be the mysterious person stalking Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). If those theories prove correct, it wouldn’t be surprising to see her meddling in Franco’s widow’s life as well.
In the past, Heather complained about Elizabeth moving on from Franco, and she could bring those old resentments back into the picture.
Although Heather’s scheduled return comes after the October 30 scare, her upcoming appearance could still have viewers wondering whether the two events are connected.
With General Hospital spoilers and updates teasing more drama in Port Charles, there are plenty of reasons to keep an eye on Elizabeth, Dante, and Heather.

I have to admit, I wouldn’t mind seeing Elizabeth and Dante become more than friends! They have an interesting connection, and both deserve some happiness. But bringing Franco’s memory into the mix on Halloween would certainly make things more interesting. Personally, I think a jealous Ric or Heather stirring up trouble is far more believable than an actual ghost. And with Heather coming back, I wouldn’t put anything past her!
