General Hospital spoilers hint that with Tristan Rogers’ passing in August 2025, fans have been anticipating a final story for Robert Scorpio and a tribute episode. As per some scenes during the Tuesday, October 6 episode, it looks like this is coming soon.
Felicia Scorpio’s Good News
General Hospital spoilers for the October 6 show remind fans that Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) gave Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) some good news.
She told Anna that Robert and Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) would soon be coming back to PC for a visit, as he needs to officially exit his district attorney job. Plus, the couple plans to head to France to retire and officially call that country home.
Sadly, with Rogers gone, fans know what’s coming on the horizon. Something is sure to go wrong with Robert’s plans to come to Port Charles, so viewers need to stock up on some tissue as they are headed toward some emotional times.
Robert was a legendary character who first entered storylines in 1980; Rogers played the character on and off for over 40 years.
The End Is Near
It’s been over a year since Rogers passed away, so the silver lining in all this is that Robert will finally get a proper send-off from the ABC soap, as audiences get to say goodbye to one of the most beloved characters in General Hospital’s history.
That said, as he and Holly are planning a visit, Robert’s demise could go a number of ways. There’s always the chance that Holly arrives in Port Charles before Robert as he needs to take care of some loose ends, or something called him away.
Could it be a WSB mission? Robert passing away a hero, doing what he loves most, super-sleuthing, would make sense. Then again, maybe he saves the day for Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and Daisy Gilmore (Brenden and Evelyn Beimford), who are in hiding?
Then again, perhaps the plane bringing Holly and Robert to PC goes down, and both characters are killed off.
Either way, it looks like a Robert Scorpio tribute is coming soon, possibly for November sweeps, so fans need to stay tuned to GHT for all the details.
