Even though Carly is the kind of person who likes to make her own decisions, she’s going to be hoping for a sign this week, especially after hearing a disappointing announcement made by none other than Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
That said, General Hospital spoilers say that Carly is going to hear Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) side of the story, but it seems like her mind might already be made up.
However, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) is also going to tell Carly to fight for what her heart believes in.
At the same time, she knows there’s a deep history between Valentin and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), and that’s something she simply cannot change.
Sure, Carly might not have any choice but to respect the fact that Valentin and Anna are best friends, but that doesn’t mean she feels completely comfortable about it.

I think Carly has every reason to be cautious. Valentin might say he wants a future with her, but his complicated history with Anna isn’t going away anytime soon.
Carly deserves someone who puts her first. The question is whether Valentin can actually do that or if she’s setting herself up for another heartbreak.
