Michael and Jordan await important medical news in Baden-Baden, but her treatment may be only the beginning of their story. As the two grow closer, Monet could be causing trouble for Curtis back in Port Charles.
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) are awaiting medical news in Baden-Baden.
Is Jordan’s procedure moving full steam ahead?
Chances Are, Everything Will Be A Go – Michael Was Burned Much Worse Than Jordan!
Chances are, everything will be a go. Michael was burned much worse than Jordan, although he didn’t have cuts that left scars like she does.
Jordan’s scars came from the broken window in the car, but Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) barely got her out in time. The car exploded!
They were also knocked to the ground by the blast, but Jordan didn’t suffer any further injuries from that.
Michael was burned over 80 percent of his body, and he was in the clinic for several months.
Jordan’s scars may not take nearly that long to fix, and Michael made sure he got her scheduled with the same doctor who treated him and previously worked for the Boronsky Clinic.
As previously reported, Michael arranged Jordan’s treatment in Baden-Baden after encouraging her to take advantage of the opportunity.
How Long Could This Take?
Michael fully intends to stay with Jordan until her treatment is complete, so a fair question is: how long could this take, considering Jordan is not nearly as badly burned as Michael was?
Longtime General Hospital fans might remember when Ava Jerome (Maura West) went to the Boronsky Clinic for burn scars on her face, and this is the same doctor.
Of course, no one has to break out a disguised patient being held against his will this time, namely Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)!
But other than the time it took to get “Patient 13” freed, getting Ava’s face fixed didn’t take too long, maybe three to four weeks altogether.
It might take just enough time for Jordan’s scheming sister, Monet Mitchell (Blythe Howard), to do some real damage to her relationship with Curtis while she’s away, or at least she’ll try!
There have already been questions about Monet’s real reason for representing Curtis, including whether she has her sights set on her sister’s man.
Full Steam Ahead
Every indication is that the procedure will move full steam ahead for Jordan, and she and Michael should be back in Port Charles before long.
Hopefully, she’ll have as much success as he did.
However, General Hospital fall previews suggest that Michael and Jordan are developing a trauma bond, and by the time they get home, Jordan may not miss Curtis at all!
In fact, Michael and Jordan’s growing closeness could lead to a romantic complication that neither expected.
Then the question is, will Monet have managed to win Curtis’s appeal by that time?
And will he still want Jordan, or will he like her sister better?
There’s another question, too. Who’ll be running Aurora with Michael? Will it be Curtis, or will Jordan continue to pinch-hit?
Annemarie’s Take
I hope Jordan’s treatment is successful, but I think the bigger trouble could be waiting for her back in Port Charles.
Monet seems awfully interested in Curtis, and I wouldn’t trust her motives for a second. Meanwhile, Michael and Jordan are spending a lot of time together, and that could turn into something neither of them planned.
Could Jordan return with a new look and a new love interest?
